The employees were super attentive and professional, breakfast was great, the restaurant food was delicious, I loved the breaded brie with honey, there were plenty of leisure options, and the location was excellent with quick access to Guaramiranga, for example.

The facilities and staff service were good, but when I needed assistance in the middle of the night because my daughter fell ill and vomited in the bed, we didn’t get any contact from the staff to change the bedding, as the reception had limited hours.
