The spa and the variety of hotel attractions were great, but the place was too messy, giving the impression something could fall off.

The man who served us was very nice, but the hotel’s description didn’t match reality; check Google reviews. At the start he led us into a blind room whose window faced the corridor, then he suggested an extra payment for an apartment that turned out to be a tiny room with a terrace—photos of the terrace are attached.

Niezapomniany pobyt. Rewelacja. Brak uwag

The hotel is older but still has a lot to offer: a large pool with a slide, a big jacuzzi, a sauna, billiards, a gym, plenty of space for kids with a ball pool, and a reading room. Breakfast was tasty. However, the first impression at reception felt a bit overwhelming and gloomy, and a few things need fixing, such as loose contacts and the pool doors.

I could get a massage, but the building is in rough shape, with broken walls, loose handles, and a lot of bigger and smaller damages that scream for a full renovation.
