A comfortably equipped mountain inn in a prime location, with excellent cuisine.

A pretty and stylish cabin with an amazing view above the Rieser Alm ski resort, where you can ski straight onto the slopes and return about 500 m by trail from the lift. From the cabin you can also see a beautiful ski route to Zirbitzkogel. Breakfast is varied and tasty; we could brew tea in a thermos, and the restaurant cooks until 20:00. Parking for guests at the cabin is free. The staff is very friendly. After we left, the room was unoccupied, so we could leave our belongings there until late afternoon and even shower before we left.

I stopped by this hotel for a quick stay and it was great - the food was really good and the rooms were clean.

This hotel's got some great things going for it - the food is really good, the staff is super friendly, and the location is gorgeous. But, the rooms are kinda old and creaky, and the noise from outside can be pretty bad. Plus, getting there on a bike was a bit of a challenge, but it was worth it for the hotel itself.
