This hotel is solid—clean, safe, and within walking distance of the city center, shops, metro, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good, but the location, cleanliness, and staff left something to be desired.

The place isn’t a hotel; it has no sign, and after seeing the room we realized we were looking for a real hotel. At the entrance there’s a table with a chair, the bathroom has exposed pipes, and the sink is rusted. A scam!

The location was great behind the opera and the beds were comfortable. However, the comfort was basic, with no advertised amenities like a hairdryer, kettle, or shower products. Only one towel per person for the whole stay, no extra for showering. The bathroom smelled unpleasant. One morning breakfast wasn’t provided, and we were told to eat outside and submit the receipt for reimbursement at checkout, but they insisted we put it on Booking—felt misled. We asked for a kettle that never arrived, and had to request a hairdryer and extra toilet paper; we had a full roll for three people. The location was fine but they weren’t honest; don’t offer a partial breakfast refund if you don’t keep promises. Very disappointed.

The staff were friendly and the hotel is in the center.

Breakfast was barely present—shameful, and the tables for breakfast were filthy. Everything needs to be redone.
