Guest House Yanakievi

We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly return! One of the main reasons we chose this place was the wonderful garden – we definitely weren’t disappointed. It’s truly magical, very cozy, and creates a sense of calm and a fulfilling rest. The room was spacious enough and comfortable for two people, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and it was clear the place is well maintained. Of course, there are a few small things that could be improved, but nothing significant or annoying to spoil our stay. We also want to note the host’s attitude – extremely kind, polite, smiling, and always courteous. She made us feel welcome from the very beginning. We had a very pleasant and peaceful time and would definitely choose this place again next time. The only thing we didn’t like was that the air‑conditioner didn’t work well, but fortunately the room wasn’t hot.

The location is in the center of Sine Moritz, with fast and easy access to all important places such as restaurants, bars, the main street and cultural venues. The place of the apartment is extremely convenient, easily accessible and close to everything in Sine Moritz. The big “NO” is the host’s attitude – there is no basic “welcome”, smile or good attitude. Also, there were no basic household items in the kitchen such as water glasses, plates, coffee cups and even the coffee, which “you’ll have if you buy it,” according to the host. There is no sponge and dish detergent, liquid soap, shampoo in the bathroom, which is actually integrated and part of the space and turned into a kitchen, with a coffee machine, microwave, for which there are no plates and a sink, which is missing in the bathroom. Prepare for a lack of privacy. You will have to watch the hosts and intrude into other guests’ personal space, as well as them into yours. If you are a more social type of person who wants everything from the hosts, this is the place for you. But if you want to experience quiet moments without confronting others, it isn’t.

“Amazing”

The place was spotless and well-organized. The host was a very caring and lovely lady. I have no complaints about the property at all. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. My only criticism is not related to the accommodation, but to the customer service in some of the local cafés and shops. The staff often seemed uninterested in helping customers or in the products they were selling. Apart from that, our stay was excellent, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the property

Wonderful location, comfortable rooms, the property is kept in excellent condition, the garden is full of cozy nooks for rest. A big plus was the possibility to stay with a pet. We were enchanted by the hosts and our week there was a true vacation!
