“Just beautiful place”
The view and facilities at the resort were impressive.

It’s beautiful and cozy, though the food could have been better.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable and worry‑free. The room was beautiful and welcoming with a nice view. Cleanliness was okay but could improve. The kitchen was very good and flexible with all our Western requests. They were ready to recommend and arrange taxis and experiences. Highly recommended.

We returned to Willow Hills for a second trip to Ooty, confident it would be comfortable, and it lived up to that expectation. Mr. Laxinarayan greeted us at check‑in, helped us re‑acquaint, and sorted a few minor issues in a matter of minutes—he’s a true professional. He also arranged for our two rooms to be adjacent. The property stayed clean, fresh, and reliable as before. Breakfast and dinner at the “Bird of Paradise,” a well‑laid‑out on‑site restaurant with friendly staff and tasty food, were enjoyable. We’ll definitely come back. Nothing adverse at all.
