I love the room; it’s spacious and well arranged. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The floor drain in the bathroom didn’t empty water quickly enough.

The rooms were good and many staff members were friendly, but the new restaurant lacked character and offered a poor menu, operated for short hours, and the staff clearly needed more training; overall it fell short of the hotel’s usual quality.
