The Biller Platz area is great for sleeping, but many essentials are missing—no hand‑drying station or trash cans, and the room and bathroom feel quite makeshift and unclear.

The booking listed a private bathroom for an extra fee, but the hotel has none; there was no staff at the front desk upon arrival, only shared showers, a toilet, and a kitchen that wasn’t the cleanest—especially the kitchen. The surroundings are full of old furniture, parking holds about four cars, the room doors are in terrible condition with cracks and stains, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The price was reasonable and parking was free, but no staff were present when I arrived. Keys were left outside the doors for anyone to find, the room description was false, I booked a room with a private bathroom but the entire building only has shared corridor bathrooms, and the bathrooms were dirty.

I appreciated the cleanliness, but the beds were totally uncomfortable and the description mentioned a private bathroom while it was actually a shared one.

The location was super quiet and perfect, but there was a note for Wi‑Fi without an actual network, and the sockets in the rooms were almost falling out of the wall.
