The staff are genuinely friendly and the bed feels cozy, plus they have European sockets. The photos are deceptive, the pool is filthy and lacks chlorine, and the only restaurant closes at 4 pm with no room service after that, so how can it be 5 stars? Nearby chains charge the same and offer far better perks. The AC is deafening even on low, drowning out the TV; the Wi‑Fi didn’t work and I had to use a special network. The office chair and desk are uncomfortable for work, and the shower takes five minutes to heat up.
