We recently returned to Desert Rose Resort and again our stay was truly wonderful from start to finish. The resort’s beautiful surroundings and excellent facilities made the visit enjoyable, but what really made it memorable was the outstanding hospitality of the staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and appreciated throughout. A special thanks to Mrs. Samar El Nobi from Guest Relations for exceptional service; from the moment we arrived she greeted us warmly and ensured all arrangements were perfect. We also appreciate Mr. Mohamed Reda, who welcomed us warmly and made the check‑in smooth, efficient, and stress‑free. His friendly attitude and professionalism helped us feel at home from the very first moment. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. It is the dedication and kindness of people that make Desert Rose Resort stand out and keep us looking forward to returning again.

We had a wonderful stay at Desert Rose Resort and as a family we made many beautiful memories. Positives: - Staff: exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful. The staff really make the hotel special. - Animation: a big thank you to Mo, Omar, Mido and Youssef for the great entertainment and good mood. - Service: thanks to Ibrahim, Yassin, Sascha and the whole service team for their attention and warmth. - Kitchen: special thanks to Chef Tarek and Mustafa for the lovingly arranged fruit plates. - Yoga: Olga is an excellent yoga teacher. We especially liked the Sunrise Yoga in the early morning, it was a wonderful start to the day. - Cleanliness: the rooms are a bit older, but they were always very clean. - Activities: a great offering that the whole family enjoyed. Negatives: room for improvement: - Food: the buffet was good, but could offer a bit more variety. - Spa: the area was pleasant, but could also use a renovation.

The hotel is lovely and spacious, giving you full inspiration on how to decorate your home. Our 1.5‑ and 3‑year‑olds could swim independently in the pool in front of the lonny, which was also a pool without music, which was great. Deluxe rooms really are deluxe. The a la carte restaurants were really cute. Also five stars for the bean coffee machines; the cappuccinos were amazing. Overall, nice and friendly staff. We are Egyptians living abroad. There were some instances where I felt some staff members were not willing to give us the same standard of service as other guests. For example, at the beach bar another lady came later and one staff member wanted to help her first, while I was clearly waiting already a while. This was addressed well by the hotel.

الاوبن بوفية جيد ومتنوع موقع الفندق جيد الاستف داخل الفندق ممتاز ما عدا الريسبشن. لا انصح بية للعائلات لا توجد انشطة للاطفال يوجد فقط المسرح وموعدة مع موعد العشاء مكان تسكين الغرف بعيد والجولف كار يحتاج 20 دقيقة الانترنت سي للغاية وقت المغادرة انتظرنا وقت كثير لتسليم الشنط
