The hotel’s exterior view was fine, but the room was cramped, the walls were dirty (blackened like after a fire), and we woke up in the morning with no water—neither hot nor cold—while they offered to go down to the shared shower even though we had paid for a private bathroom. Breakfast was sparse (old baked goods), leaving us hungry; we received no compensation. I often stay in Andijan and know many hotels, but this one is the worst, with high prices compared to others and zero comfort. Why pay so much? And the fact that they took the money upfront before check‑in shows they’re experienced with this. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

“A mixed review”

The rooms were tidy and cozy, though a touch worn. The spot was convenient, roughly a half‑hour to the old city and the central market. Breakfast fell short – a group of 14 ate almost everything, leaving only crumbs, and even though an hour remained, the hotel wouldn’t refill. The staff were kind the first day, offering a Yandex taxi to the Kyrgyz border the next morning, but then backed out, claiming it was impossible, and pushed a pricier taxi service, citing the border’s distance to Fergana – which is obviously wrong. That felt like a sour aftertaste to an otherwise decent stay.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant one. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of European-style dishes. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the location was ideal. Perhaps the best part of my stay was the friendly and welcoming staff, who went out of their way to make me feel at home. Overall, I was very happy with my choice of hotel and would definitely stay here again.
