“Beautiful and relaxing accomodation with lots of breakfast goodies”

The setting was beautiful and quiet, and the on‑site geese and peacock made the stay very relaxing. I was there for work, but it would have been perfect for a leisure trip. I loved the breakfast goodies, tea, and coffee. Unfortunately, there are no restaurants, cafés, bars, or take‑aways in town, so you’ll need to drive elsewhere and bring your own supplies. More cooking tools would help—an electric frying pan could be swapped for a regular one, since a ceramic cook‑top is provided. The bathroom could use an upgrade, but it was generally clean.

Check‑in was a breeze and the spot was a nice break between Geelong and Gundagai. Just grab groceries in Wangaratta or Chiltern on the way and you’re good to go.
