Conveniently located near the 84, and the staff were all wonderful. A few upgrades could make it even better.

“Terrible. Didn't sleep between the loud nonstop music and hard beds.”

The place is in a convenient spot, but the beds were hard as a rock and the street noise was impossible to ignore. We had just returned from a funeral and were exhausted, yet we couldn’t sleep the whole night because at 2am the music kept blasting. It sounded like it was coming from a balcony right outside our window. When we called the front desk, they said they couldn’t do anything about it, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. I’ve stayed at many hotels that try to control noise for guests, but here I felt ignored and disappointed. I won’t stay at the Marriott Courtyard again and I’m wary of any Courtyard Marriott. The staff need to be more accommodating when a complaint arises.

“The Mariot's inadequate computer systems created needless stress during my vacation to CT.”

My room was clean. The food was adequate. The Mariot provides activities for guests in the lobby. My stay was not detected by your hotel's systems, which made checking in and out aggravatingly difficult. Because your staff member was insisting on another unnecessary and unjustified payment for my room. I missed my flight because your staff insisted on payment that had already been made . also inaccurately shows your hotel still has a pool. It is your hotel's responsibility to ensure your facilities/amenities are listed accurately on the websites of major travel agencies. As someone who is disabled, it is also very inconvenient that your hotel only has 3 designated parking spots outside of the building. More frustratingly, your hotel charges for parking, but doesn't have the funds to ensure the parking garage's elevator works properly. It was very inconvenient for me to stay at the Mariot

“Not a good stay thank god it was only one night.”

There were no positives to note. The location was overly busy and noisy. The bed had a bug, the windows were dirty and garbage was visible outside. In the bathroom, the hand towel was a used one, definitely not clean, and a half roll of toilet paper was wet. The air conditioner was loud enough to keep me awake all night, and the room smelled musty. The pull‑out table was sticky. The first impression was ruined by a dirty, vacuum‑cleaned rug in the elevator, which looked like all elevators were poorly vacuumed. It was a bad first impression.
