From the start the lodge was welcoming and easy to get in touch with, especially when we had to change dates – they handled it calmly. Our room offered a beautiful view of a farm, everything was spotless, and towels were swapped regularly. I missed a hair dryer in the room, but the front desk always had one ready when I asked. Manu at reception is energetic and helpful, and the owner, Kauane, is very attentive.
