The accommodation was very central and the rest area and lounge were very good, the hosts were charming. The worst part was the cleanliness: it was full of ants. We found a lizard (greko or kuko), typical of the area, in the bathroom because the ceiling joint was missing, letting any insect or animal in. We encountered the lizard twice and a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom. The bathroom itself was not especially clean; a paper wipe would reveal a brown spot in any corner. The worst part was that at night, after the lizard incident, we found three cockroaches in the bedroom while we were sleeping, making it impossible to rest and obviously we could not sleep there any longer. We left for the hammock area and spent the whole night from 12:00 to 7:00 a.m. There was only an apology for the inconvenience. It was a pity; if the accommodation had better cleanliness and avoided such mistakes, it would improve a lot. The ceiling fan barely moves air, so it gets quite hot at night.

“Skønt sted og skøn ø.”

The staff are welcoming and sweet. The location is a bit outside San Juan, but if you rent a scooter the spot is perfect. Very noise‑sensitive people probably won't thrive here. The walls are paper‑lined and there is construction right across from the rooms.
