The hotel looks nice and all the amenities are available. It’s well maintained.

The location is good. The rooms were dirty, towels were soiled, leftover food attracted cockroaches, the floor was filthy, and there was no toilet paper. The premises are not maintained at all.

The staff are very good and helpful. The location is excellent. The room size, facilities, AC, restaurant services, hot water, etc. are all average.
