The resort was very beautiful and clean, but the refrigerator wasn’t working.

We booked half‑board for our stay and were pleasantly surprised by the food; both breakfast and dinner were good, varied, and generous for the price, offering something for every taste. The only negative we noticed was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain.

The personnel were very kind, but there were no TVs with English or French channels; we tried watching YouTube on the TV, but it didn’t work and the technician couldn’t set it up, so we used our phones instead, yet the internet kept cutting out. We decided to take a shower, but there was no hot water at all. We were moved to another room, yet the hot water issue persisted. The staff were decent, but the lack of equipment was a major shortfall.

The thermal baths, facilities, and apartment were superb, and the staff were friendly. However, the women’s thermal area, pool, and spa were smaller than the men’s.
