The hotel is huge, the deluxe room was excellent and overlooks the garden. There are two pools, and it’s on Main Street in Kuta. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel is brilliant, offering a wide range of amenities and located right on the Kuta strip, just a stone’s throw from everything. The staff are very nice and helpful, and the facilities are excellent.

The gym, pool, and all‑you‑can‑eat breakfast buffet are great. The water pressure in the bathtub was weak and the treadmill was broken.

A perfect base in central Kuta, the hotel sits on the main street but feels like a quiet oasis once inside, with a nicely landscaped garden and two lovely pools where you can unwind to music and a drink. The rooms, each with a great bed, overlook the pool. The staff are friendly and chatty, and the breakfast buffet in the restaurant with a terrace lets you dine outside. Renting a scooter right at the hotel is hassle‑free. Overall, a must‑visit!

The pool and social area are great, and the staff are very good. The room has little storage space, and the bathroom is somewhat dirty.
