Everything was perfect.

The rooms were tidy and, from a price‑for‑value perspective, acceptable. The pool was very unattractive and not comparable to the Esplendor; it also seemed somewhat unclean to me. The breakfast buffet was fine, but there was no variety – the same thing was offered every day.

The location was very good, but the pillow was very hard; there were four pillows in the room and they were all the same, they could have been different. Breakfast was fine with plenty of options, but the black coffee was extremely bad and the croissant served was also very bad. The room cleaning was okay, but the bathroom had leftover soap from the last guest on the sink counter, and there were also traces inside the toilet from the last guest.

The location was good, but the black coffee was horrible and the pillows were horrible. Bathroom cleanliness was poor.
