The host was very pleasant and treated us to melon and grapes. The rooms were nicely prepared and clean, and the bathroom was beautiful and spotless. Parking was available in the courtyard, and in the morning they served us coffee and tea. We can only recommend it.

The house itself is really beautiful, nicely and chic decorated, and the room had a balcony overlooking the garden, which was very comfortable. We were shocked by what happened after reading all those great reviews beforehand. First, the host advertised laundry, a shared kitchen, a pool view, and many other things on the booking site, but none of that existed. We had no access to the kitchen, no pool or view, and laundry was only possible after we talked to her about needing it—one of the reasons we booked her place. She then demanded 20 lari (more than double what other guesthouses charge) and washed our clothes in a 20‑minute cycle that left nothing clean, even though she claimed it would take at least an hour. Second, the most disappointing aspect was the host’s impoliteness. She was mostly unfriendly, telling us to be quieter when I was speaking calmly on the phone and sitting on the balcony, while other guests in the garden were making far more noise. We don’t know what we should have done besides asking for the facilities mentioned in the booking, which we felt were our rights. Then we asked if we could leave some items at her place while hiking for a couple of days, and she said yes. When we returned to retrieve them, she nearly shouted at me, saying she was not a servant who would take care of our stuff. It was really sad, and we never want to go back.

Everything was perfect. The place was very clean, the host was very friendly and helpful—she gave us everything we asked for, like plates and access to the fridge. The garden was very beautiful and we even played badminton there.
