The staff were all very attentive, but the room’s outlets were bad and we couldn’t turn on the TV; otherwise everything was clean and organized.

The hosts were excellent, attentive, the staff were good and polite, and the breakfast was nice. The stay was good. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the beaches, but for a cultural downtown outing it’s close enough to walk. I think they could offer a fridge‑freezer so guests can keep something cold; the hotel sells drinks, but the prices are high.

The employees were helpful, polite and friendly, yet I think everyone should get proper training and stay consistent with the information they give guests. When I asked a staff member about a hair dryer, she said none were available, but there actually was one in the room. The room’s air‑conditioner is quite old and could use an upgrade, but the in‑room coffee was excellent. A few tweaks could make the guest experience even better. However, there were many ants in the room and, being a hotel, I expected daily cleaning. The bathroom leaked water outside the shower area, and the fixtures were very old, needing improvement. I believe guest reviews are crucial for the company to spot what needs fixing and provide a better experience.
