“Insatisfecho y decepcionante”
The dish on my plate was placed incorrectly, and when we opened it to reheat it slipped and broke, and they charged me 50 dollars, which I think is unfair given how the staff left it poorly positioned.
The Sofia bed wasn't set up and there were no sheets or anything.
“NA”
Everything was very clean, no negatives.
“Ottimo hotel per vedere la città di Elvis”
The rooms were large and clean, the laundry service was good, and the breakfast was excellent; nothing to report.
The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do.
