The location is good, the hotel is new. The staff is generally friendly. The afternoon lady and the night shift worker until 11 pm are very nice, helpful, and proactive in solving problems. There is no laundry service. There’s only one hair dryer for the whole hotel and you have to stand behind reception to get it. There are few wet‑clothes hangers; the cleaning lady helped me with one. 1. The only protein at breakfast is eggs, so if you’re allergic I don’t recommend it. They serve eggs every day. 2. The first room I was given had leaks in the bathroom and the sink was completely clogged, so they had to change me to another room. 3. In the new room, the air conditioner was too strong and the beds apparently didn’t vacuum (I guess the balcony lets in dust), and as soon as I lay down I started sneezing all night (that didn’t happen in the first room). The night‑shift lady until morning is not friendly and doesn’t even respond to thanks or good mornings; overall we felt she had a bad attitude.
