The hotel service was excellent, yet the service itself was lacking.

The staff and receptionist helped me a lot and were prompt, but the bathroom facilities were terrible—everything was broken, the mat was dusty, and the tap had no water, so my shower was delayed for 45 minutes in the morning.

I didn’t like anything; it feels like a scam with no facilities and the worst utilities.
