“Ne vous arrêtez pas à votre première impression”

At first I was disappointed until I realized the hotel and restaurant were run locally by a cooperative, which I found extremely good; the rooms were clean and well-equipped, the restaurant was worthy of a gourmet, and the staff were adorably friendly and available—thanks. The initial frustration came from a modern building, a location in a small commercial zone along a busy road, basic décor in the rooms, and a restaurant hall that felt like a mess hall, especially considering Tuscany is full of beautiful stone buildings hidden in the countryside among vineyards or olive trees; however, the cooperative project is charming and worth a stay.

“Insufficiente”

The staff were reduced to a dim light, breakfast was barely sufficient, and there was an absolute lack of communication with the booking platform; I paid an extra fee for my dog, which was not included in the reservation.

The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and very quiet despite being close to the road; it wasn’t far from the center but was well connected.
