I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which boasts an incredibly spacious room, warm showers, and an amazing structure that's perfect for kids. The pool is fantastic, as is the game area, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming with breathtaking views of the mountain. The breakfast was delicious, with a special mention for the freshly brewed coffee. The service was top-notch, and I must give a special shout-out to Mr.

I was charmed by the hotel's location and facilities, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by a few issues. The water wasn't hot, and the family room we requested wasn't available, so we had to sleep on the floor. To make matters worse, the hotel seemed more geared towards events than a family-friendly environment, which was a major letdown.
