The staff are amazing, the cleaning is impeccable, and the location is good, but I didn’t like the mezzanine concept—it’s useless, with very short stairs, and the shower in the bathroom splashes a lot of water outside.

Very friendly hosts who cater to every guest’s wish, a lovely little hotel where you feel right at home.

Everything we needed was there, the room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Luisa was very helpful and served a great breakfast each morning. We liked sitting on the terrace in the evenings, and the car park right behind the hotel made it a perfect base for visiting Etna. We would have preferred a good restaurant to walk to at night, but the town only had decent pizza.
