I found a quiet oasis right in the middle of Marrakech’s bustling city, with the Medina and all the sights within a 15‑30 minute walk. The young man who attended us was very friendly yet reserved. Breakfast was good, offering a variety of pastries with cheese spreads, honey, jam, or peanut butter, fruit, and on the second day even a fried egg. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the courtyard was stunning. Unfortunately, the agreed airport transfer didn’t work out as planned; the driver was told to wait outside but was actually inside, so we couldn’t locate him. We ended up taking the bus instead, which was fine, and of course we didn’t have to pay for the transfer.
