The mattress was comfortable, but the sheets were stained, the top sheet smelled of sweat and was only the width of the small bed, there was no nightstand or mirrors, the old wardrobe had mold on the wood where the TV sits, the interior was dusty, the room was noisy every three seconds because a vehicle passed, there was no TV and the remote didn’t work, the ground‑floor toilet was clogged so we had to go outside in the rain to reach a room with a broken fridge handle and a very dirty microwave; I took photos—this is unacceptable, I expected a serious place and it felt like a surprise visit was needed.

“Une honte”

I was greeted by the police. The owner hung up on me when I told him the police were there and he was supposed to tell me how to get the keys to my accommodation. It was only through another resident that I finally got my keys. When I entered my room, I was shocked to find fecal stains on the bed sheet, a spider in my duvet, and suspicious white marks along the second duvet that was available. I have photos and videos that I sent to the owner. The next day he apologized and offered to refund me 30€ for everything I had mentioned, asking me to send my bank details. That evening he messaged me to retract that offer. When I called to understand the change of mind, he said it was because I had "chosen the cheapest room". My reservation stated that I would have a private bathroom, but I did not receive one; instead I got a room with no toilet or bathroom. To access those facilities, I had to go to the adjacent building, where the bathroom was dirty and the floor was always wet. Also, for both buildings, one has no door at the entrance and the other has a door that does not close, so anyone can enter at any time. I also experienced cold that night.

“une honte à votre site Booking de proposer un établissement pareil”

Rien c'est clair et nette. C'est une honte de louer une chambre avec cuisine wc sale de bien comme ça et surtout aussi crasseux cette personne est plus un marchand de sommeil qu'autre chose très sale à la limite du vomissement à l'arrivée et je pèse mes mots faut le voir pour le croire nous sommes repartis sans dormir bien évidemment sans compter qu'il y a une caméra qui donne sur l'espèce de cuisine sortie des WC et sortie sale bien qui est complètement et strictement interdit je demande donc un remboursement immédiat et que cette personne soit bannis définitivement de Booking avec votre compréhension bien à vous cette annonce est mensongère et ne correspond en aucun cas aux attentes de la clientèle Booking . PS: photos à l'appui j'ai même pas eu le courage de prendre la chambre en photo établissement à fuir
