The location is literally perfect, I'd give it a 10 out of 10.
The front desk staff were super helpful too.
There were cockroaches in the room, which was a real bummer.
The breakfast selection was kind of limited.

“Soggiorno deludente – Servizio scadente e freddo in camera”
I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but my experience was a letdown. I messaged them about my delayed train arrival, but when I finally got there, the hotel was closed and the phone number on the door just rang busy. I had to wait over 45 minutes for some guy named Rubén to show up and give me a bunch of excuses without even offering to make it up to me.

I absolutely loved this place - it's gorgeous and the staff is amazing, especially Paolo. The location is literally perfect, I'd give it a 10 out of 10. Everything was great, no complaints here!
I was a bit worried I'd get lost in the maze of passages to find this hotel, but once I did, it turned out to be a nice little oasis. The location is good, close to everything, and breakfast was lovely - great coffee. The receptionist, Paolo, was kind and helpful. The room was pretty compact, especially the bathroom, but the shower was surprisingly good, with great water pressure.

I loved my little balcony where I could watch the gondolas go by on the canal, and it was actually really quiet despite being central. The only potential downside was the stairs to get to my room, but the staff was there to lend a hand with my luggage, so that wasn't a big deal.
My only real complaint about this hotel is the tiny bathroom - it's just really small.
