The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly, but the pillows were rock‑hard. The hotel has a party venue on the first floor with live music. I asked at reception how long the party would last and was told it would end no later than 23:00, yet the party continued until late at night. The AC in the room sounded incredibly loud and I couldn’t turn it on because of the noise. We woke up tired after a horrible night with all the sounds that kept us from sleeping, and the pillow felt like a stone. Breakfast was bad.
“Nur als Notunterkunft zu buchen!”
The reception staff were welcoming and helpful, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the entire hotel feels like it needs a full renovation – the bathrooms are a nightmare and the overall condition is poor. We only booked one night after a wedding in the same building and used the room for about five hours, otherwise we would have left earlier.

Adding to the frustration, there were no power outlets in the bedroom or living area, so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom.
