The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I couldn’t locate any staff to ask for towels after they hadn’t been replaced.

“meet our expectations for a last minute booking”

Everything was great for our stay. The room was clean and tidy except for the sofa bed, which had an old musty smell, so we didn’t sleep on it. I was unaware that a bond, photo ID, and card were required, but otherwise everything was fine, and we received the bond back shortly after checkout.

The rooms were roomy, offered good value, and were clean. The exterior lighting was fantastic; waking up early and returning late meant I could walk up and down the stairs in the dark. However, the plugs behind the bed in the lounge were burnt out, so I couldn’t use them. The remote needed new batteries, which was a minor annoyance because I couldn’t get the TV to work; I tried contacting reception but received no reply, so I had to buy replacements. The bath was slippery to stand in and could use an update, such as installing a walk‑in shower.

“Convenient for were we needed to be. Bed layout was very suitable for our family of 5”

Location to wrestling competition we were attending and handy there was a laundry available. Rubbish left in unit. Cupboard doors missing and/or hinges missing. A full oven but very limited cooking pots. Couch was pretty old and uncomfy. BAD phone reception & wifi signal
