Staying at your hotel for 2 days was a terrible experience; I can’t fully explain how bad it was. The rooms and washroom had a foul smell the entire stay, the bathroom was disgusting with a horrible drainage odor that made it unbearable to use. Water leaked from the roof, which is unacceptable. On top of that, someone was smoking in another room and the smoke seeped into ours, making it impossible to breathe comfortably. Because of these conditions, my child has now developed breathing issues, which is extremely upsetting and worrying. We endured this unhygienic and unsafe environment for 2 full days while traveling with young kids and elderly parents, and it has directly affected my child’s health. I hope you take this complaint seriously.

The room had a high‑tech TV and lighting, but I found it dirty and dusty. Even though the hotel looks newly upgraded, I still couldn’t sleep comfortably.

“Excellent location and staff !”

The hotel is lovely with caring staff. Manager Yasin was very helpful with everything we needed. Sara is located in a prime spot near the Arunachaleswarar temple, just a 3‑5 minute walk from the Raja Kopuram. The rooms were clean and tidy. Sara has a terrace that offers a beautiful view of all five Kopurams.

“We enjoyed the 2 days stay and recommend this to travelers.”

The spot was great—just a 10‑minute walk to Sri Arunachaleswarar Temple and far from loud traffic. The staff were super helpful and quick. No issues at all.
