Directly overlooking the river, you get a spectacular view from the room balcony, also equipped with a hammock, a small table and chairs. The room is spacious and clean, with A/C and a large bathroom with a hot shower. All city services are within walking distance. The property has a restaurant with a large terrace on the river, one of the few in town with this plus, but unfortunately it opens only in the evening (I was a guest in mid‑October, not peak season), so breakfast is not available. There are still several places open in the morning, a few minutes' walk.

A stunning stay with a balcony overlooking the river; the owner was absolutely fantastic, assisting with currency exchange, onward travel, and excursions, and we also received discounts at two restaurants.

“Perfect place for a relaxing time in Nong Khiaw! Would definitely book again!”

The spot is ideal, right in town and within walking distance of everything; rooms are spotless and fully equipped, including towels and a hair dryer; the owner is wonderful and very helpful, arranging my tour, coordinating my transport back to Luang Prabang, and offering great food suggestions; he even checked in when I felt a bit unwell, asking if I needed anything—no complaints at all.
