Nothing was good. The receptionist was rude, there was no water bottle, no towel change, the wifi was poor, and the location was bad.
“Partially good”
The location was fine, the room size and view were okay. The cot was small, not a double bed. The outer locks on the bathroom door were improper, there were not enough power sockets, the vents had no mesh cover so insects were a problem, the TV volume didn’t work with the remote, and the lighting was poor.
The room was cleaned well, but there was no hot water.
The city centre is easy to reach from all locations. The manager initially agreed to give the room two hours early but then refused when you arrived.
Excellent hospitality. Thank you!
