The staff member Isabel was very kind. The communication from Santiago city was a bit lacking.

We loved the treatment we received and how cozy the place was. One drawback: the room could use a longer mirror to see the whole body.

Everything was good. It’s a bit far from Santiago but very well connected.

The service was great! Very friendly and precise with all the information. The breakfast was very good, a fairly complete buffet, eggs cooked on the spot. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The location is very good, unless you want to stay in the center. There is a bus that leaves from the door and drops you off at the door.
