Hotel Garni Wiestor

The beds are great, the breakfast is good but not outstanding—there’s something for everyone. The staff are very attentive and friendly. My downside: the bathroom is cramped, hot showers take a long wait, and the shower enclosure isn’t sealed. The room feels over‑furnished for my taste, and I wish there was a full‑length mirror. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—close to the pedestrian zone and the lake—but parking is very expensive (24‑hour rates between 12 and 17 €) in the car park around the corner. Parking is too pricey, and the equipment is a bit dated, though it’s clean.

Breakfast options were excellent. The location is superb—close to the town centre, lakeside, and bus station, with a nice eatery right opposite. A reduced rate was available for the nearby multi‑storey car park. The only drawback was the lack of proper air conditioning in the room during hot weather, although a portable unit was supplied.
