The location was perfect for us because we had things to do in the area, yet the hotel feels worn out and urgently needs renovation.

Very nice and quiet location, close to transport (metro and buses), clean place, and the owner is a very nice person.

The rooms on the garden side are absolutely quiet. There isn’t a breakfast in the hotel, but the nearest bakery is only a 5‑minute walk away. Another advantage is the proximity to the subway, which gets you to Marienplatz in about 18 minutes.

This place was quiet, comfortable, and the staff was very helpful; the location is close to public transport, groceries, and everything is clean. One of our twin beds didn’t match the others and wasn’t as comfortable, and the Wi‑Fi was spotty.
