Breakfast had decent options, though adding fruit would improve it. The check‑in staff member was rude and barely explained anything; the room was in poor condition, almost like an emergency room rather than a guest suite.

The hotel is close to the airport. The reception staff were not friendly at all.

The bed was comfy and spacious, and the room had plenty of room for luggage; the toilet was clean and the hotel is close to JFK. The street outside was noisy all night because of roadworks, but I had earplugs and it helped; the hotel should warn guests ahead of time. Breakfast was just okay.
