Here’s the full positive review, blending the quiet and restful atmosphere, ready to copy and paste: We toured the island and it’s a great spot. The facilities are in very good condition, everything is immaculate and clean, and the nearby sea where we did some snorkeling is extremely clear. The silent environment, with no music or noise, helps create an incredible connection with nature, truly relaxing and resting. The staff’s attention was excellent: they’re very attentive to guests all the time and the meal times are exactly as requested. The lemonades were a hit with our son, and the food in general tastes delicious. As a suggestion, it would be worth expanding the menu a bit, since it’s designed for short stays and after staying 5 nights we had few varied options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The prices for food, drinks, and tours inside the hotel are very high. There are options with the natives of Isleta, but there’s no connection between the hotel and them. To access their services you have to leave the hotel, cross the mangroves, and find them on your own. On a walking tour we found the locals very friendly, open, and offering excellent quality beer and/or tours at half price. Because there are no accessible alternatives inside the hotel, it gives the impression that they’re taking advantage of the situation. Given the cost of accommodation, they should, for example, offer a water station, aromatic and unlimited coffee, and make it easier for guests to connect directly with local options at fairer prices, instead of charging for everything without adding value.

Everything was perfect – the view from the room, the staff’s service, the food, the island’s tranquility and the unbeatable location. The only small snag was a shower and toilet problem, which was expected because of the water supply system and algae; the staff fixed it quickly but left the bathroom a bit dirty afterward. I’d suggest adding an outdoor shower to rinse salt water, a desk in the room for remote work, and better maintenance for the SUPs by attaching rear fins.
