I’m thrilled I chose Lut’s Place! After a week at Hoffman, I knew I needed at least two nights to unwind, and three nights in the ‘Hayloft’ room delivered exactly that. The bedding—linen and a down comforter—was top‑quality, and the bed itself was very comfortable. Coffee and tea were always available just outside my room, and breakfast had plenty of options. The whole property felt clean, homely, spacious, quirky, and quiet, with hosts Lut and Bruce living on site who are genuinely friendly and interested in their guests. Breakfast was awesome, prepared to order from a good selection. I didn’t have a car, so I walked a solitary, non‑paved path nearby; cell service was fine. I could have taken a taxi to Lincoln centre (about 15‑20 minutes by car) but I chose to relax instead. The grounds are spacious, and I loved hearing horse sounds from the neighboring stable (run by others, no horses available to hire from Lut’s Place). Fresh air, unspoiled nature, a comfortable room, made‑to‑order breakfast, and kind hosts—what more could you want? If a room is available for your dates, definitely pick Lut’s Place! Excellent small B&B in Lincolnshire for a peaceful, restful getaway. The only downside is that people without a car might wish there were a village store closer; Lut mentioned one that’s over 20 minutes away, but I never made it. I walked in the opposite direction on a solitary country walk instead.

The breakfast was especially enjoyable, and the hosts were happy to let us eat outside on the patio. Service was very good and nothing was too much trouble. All our needs were met, and there was nothing negative about our stay.

We liked being slightly outside Lincoln in the country with easy access to local pubs and other amenities. Nothing else to add.
