Breakfast and location were fine. The shower and basin didn’t drain well; we had to call maintenance twice to fix it. The mattress wasn’t comfortable—it had a dip that was very uncomfortable.

Everything was as comfortable as a Westin, most of the staff were very kind and professional. The airport transport was a problem: I asked for a ride, an Uber driver took his phone during the trip and quoted a higher price than usual.
