Everyone is incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to find a solution. Whether it’s early morning or evening, you’re always greeted with a smile. The food is very good 👍. Fernando was a great support with excellent tips and is always present. Thanks to him and everyone at the hotel.

Customer service was outstanding. The restaurants were terrific! The hotel was calm and quiet. Cleanliness was great. Entertainment was amazing! The best sunsets come from the viewing point.

Nice hotel, with beautiful plants, excellent facilities, and extraordinary service. The food was okay most of the time; occasionally it was less successful, maybe a matter of taste.

We were impressed by the service; the staff were lovely and friendly. The pool area felt calm and fun, and we also liked the gym and tennis court. However, the food was very basic and not tasty, and we were surprised to find that drinks at dinner—including water—cost extra, something we haven't seen elsewhere.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. We felt welcomed. The food was ok, but not as delicious as we expected. The coffee was not tasty
