I booked dinner through your website, but after three calls they only served tea; the place is so bad I won't book from this site again. Everything was wrong, the picture was misleading, the tray was broken and not even clean.

The mattresses in the rooms were extremely comfortable.

For two hours there was no electricity, leaving our whole family in the dark, and the hotel generator wasn't working—an awful experience.
