住客对酒店各方面的评价。
The location was good, breakfast was good, the room was clean and had hot shower water, but the AC in the main areas didn't work, there was no staff or housekeeping to deliver items like extra towels, and the pillows, bed linens and towels looked old and a bit ragged even though they were clean; this hotel definitely needs updating.

The reception staff were friendly, but the air conditioners didn't cool well and had low cooling capacity for the temperature; they didn't clean the room daily, so I had to ask the reception several times for housekeeping.
