Breakfast was great! Everything else was fine, but a huge downside was that on the day we left, the staff forgot to return our key card, and when they realized it, they didn't contact us until the next day after we found out ourselves. That really hurt the stay.

Despite booking a double room, I was given a single room. The rooms listed on the website had nothing to do with the actual room I received. Even a hair dryer was missing.

The accommodation was clean and offered good value for a 3‑star hotel; I think it was perfectly fine. The location is on the outskirts of the city, yet close to the city center and the cable car. Parking is in a covered garage included in the price. On days with a lot of sunshine, the breakfast can feel a bit monotonous because the selection is always the same, but overall it's okay. Wi‑Fi is unreliable at times, and the pre‑filled shower is awful—bring your own.

The location was great. The pillows were either huge and soft or tiny and rock hard, so I rolled up two towels and used them as a pillow.

The supervisor made our stay in Bosnia the best; the reception girls were exceptionally friendly, and the restaurant staff were very helpful. The view of the city and lake was stunning, breakfast was delicious, and our room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had a great temperature. The only downside is that the lift is really slow, but that's not a major issue.
