The staff are courteous and helpful. The restaurant is also great, with a very retro but pleasant atmosphere. Rooms are very bright and welcoming, and the place is very quiet just a few steps from Tortona center. The elevator is too narrow, and the shower is very small, making it difficult for people with larger bodies or disabilities to use comfortably. It would have been nice to have a minibar fridge in the room.

The location is ideal for those traveling independently. We also ate lunch at the hotel’s restaurant, which is high quality and offers gluten‑free dishes. The staff are friendly and always present. The triple room is spacious, with a fan and air conditioning.
