The location was convenient, but unfortunately, my overall stay was extremely disappointing. I could not identify any significant positive aspects of the experience. I had a very bad experience at OYO Townhouse 164 near ESI Hospital, Ameerpet. This was my first time staying here, and I am extremely disappointed with the service and room facilities. The staff's behaviour was unprofessional, and the manager's attitude was also very disappointing. Complimentary drinking water was not provided, and the room was not cleaned properly. Even basic amenities, such as drinking glasses, were missing. The AC in my first room was not cooling properly, and there was no water supply. On the second day, I had to change rooms because of these issues, but the replacement room and overall service were still not satisfactory. For the price paid, I expected basic cleanliness, working facilities, proper staff behaviour, and a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to meet these basic expectations
