The room was clean and the service was good.
The space was peaceful, the room was clean, the bed was well‑made, and the pillows were soft. However, breakfast service was slow; it took about 20 minutes to finish a meal.
The reception staff were polite and friendly, which was a nice touch. Not much else to say, but that's a good start.
“Great ( Tuyệt vời )”
The staff were cheerful and enthusiastic—from security to reception to housekeeping—making the experience very good. The place was fragrant, clean, and very quiet.
“Tốt”
The New Year's dinner was pretty basic, but I guess that's to be expected. On the other hand, there wasn't much to complain about.
