The location was great—quiet, surrounded by greenery, yet less than five minutes by car from Assisi. The room was spacious, and the veranda with chairs and a rocking chair was bright enough to read in the evenings. The breakfast options were a bit limited.

The rooms are clean, orderly, with comfortable beds and bathrooms; the staff are very courteous and helpful. I have not slept so well in a B&B for a long time. The location is strategic for exploring Assisi. The only downside was the breakfast, which, as it often happens in B&Bs, was pre‑packed; a few fresh brioche or a cake would have been better than supermarket‑style pastries.
